Quiting smoking during Canadian Thanksgiving long week-end. I added 2 extra days to the 3 day week-end to give myself 5 days of detox and to begin recovery. Encouragement will be much appreciated. I know I’m new to YouTube, but I’m really harmless, so fear not and comment or video respond! Looking forward to success in battling this evil demon!
