    True, exercise does help IF you can convince yourself while your achy tired moody and depressed it helps. Get a dog, that way you HAVE to exercise.

  10. Right. Depression results from low neurotransmitter output; therefore some people need antidepressants because the brain is not getting that exercise message. Exercise helps N T output in normally healthy people though. There are natural antidepressants such as St John’s Wort and others.

    I know about St. John’s wort I take it every day 3 times a day plus a herbal anti anxiety medicine, so there are options instead of Main stream medicines that have severe side effects sometimes.

  17. LOL. this doctor even said sometimes treatment is required. Depprsion is not only caused by lack of exercise, but exercise is a very effective treatment. I have severe bouts of depression and have addressed it with both exercise and medication. People like you dont understand it, and thats fair enough, ur lucky in that ur mind has always been a stable place. Im just happy to be alive mate.
