BMW doesnt use IR dumbass, it uses heat camera, yes its not that sharp but oncomming cars dont blind the heat camera as much as Mercedeses IR and heat is way better because you can see much further with it
Does it work with headlight shut off and just the infrared lights on? or can you just switch the infrareds on if the headlights are on too?

The BMW system uses passive IR meanng that it won’t have a sharp clear imagage like the Mercedes one..
And BMW makes ugly interiors but nixe exteriors..
But BMW is better then Lexus

Waht happens if a second car with IR lights comes on the other side of the road? will you be able to see anything on the screen?
the screen vision will be blinded with IR light of the oncoming Merceides unless the light is projected in a controlled manner like our head light do
