I think I’m lucky because even a little caffeine makes me sick and makes me ill for hours. I’ve never become a coffee/soda addict because of this.
I’ve read that Green Tea has a lot of fluoride, and some say fluoride is toxic. White Tea is better for you. Less fluoride in it.

My grandma is 93 years old and she’s had one cup of black coffee every morning of her adult life. I think the key is that it’s always black and it’s always just the one little cup. I try to moderate my coffee consumption the same way. You don’t want it constantly circulating your system.
And don’t ever take eight caffeine pills with and energy shot, all at once. You won’t be able to breath, feel your limbs, and your pulse will go so fast you will hard be able to feel it at all.

After a night of mixing alcohol and redbull i was in the hospital for heart palpitations…then it became anxiety. he did say it gets to a point where you over done the body and its over for you, you burnt out your body for good. is this true??? i cant be fatigued the rest of my life can i?

its a myth good parents tell their children so they dont wake up every morning looking for a cup of bad tasting coffee while theyre in grade school.
highly proccessed green tea has alot of fluoride. in other words the stuff that come in a plastic bottle or in a powder mix form.

I read that the Fluoride in Green tea helps prevent gum disease in regular drinkers (Fluoride is a common ingredient in tooth paste) and tea most likely will have small enough amounts that it would be hard to get enough in your system to do any problems.

Its in your tap water, you drink it daily, because unless you’re getting distilled or reverse osmosis water, you’re drinking A LOT of flouride. Would you ingest your toothpaste? No. The ingestion of flouride actually degenerates your Thyroid, hence obesity.
Wow, how much redbull did you drink with your alc to get heart palpitations? You must not be immune to caffeine like me (im really addicted). I’ve drank 4 large Rock Star cans (200mg of caffeine each) in one night with alcohol, and i never came close to getting anxiety.

coffee is more anxiogenic than caffeine alone, something else in it is the reason for it.
Try tapering off. In order to do that, you have to know how much caffeine is contained in your caffeinated drinks so that you know how much to reduce your dose. A good way to taper off is to take caffeine pills that can be broken in half (the long white ones such as NoDoz), start with whatever your max dose is, and gradually wean yourself off by taking less and breaking the pills in half so that you can reduce your dosage more gradually.

I stopped drinking coffee a few months ago and I have been getting better and better the whole time. Few weeks ago I bought an energy drink because I went biking, after drinking it I suffered from insomnia and shaking of hands. And my body felt really weird too. Stop drinking coffee, start meditating, breath deeply, strecth out etc..
My gums stopped bleeding when I switched to non-fluoride toothpaste Salutem. There’s also herbal toothpastes.
